Born and raised in Hong Kong and mainland China, Nathan came to Canada 10 years ago to study in the Human Kinetics Kinesiology program at TWU. During which, he worked as a student athletic trainer where he first experienced helping athletes recover from injuries through massage, rehab exercises, and hydrotherapy. Following graduation, he studied at Vancouver Career College in order to follow his passion to become an RMT, and is now a practicing Registered Massage Therapist.
Nathan enjoys working with a variety of patients from different backgrounds, and is most interested in helping people who suffers from muscle tension, headaches, frozen shoulder, as well as work-related & sports injuries. In his treatments, Nathan likes to utilize a combination of different techniques during his massage to help provide the best care tailored for his patients’ needs & goals. These techniques include Swedish massage, trigger point & myofascial release, and joint mobilization. He will also provide his patients with an action plan with various stretching and strengthening exercises to ensure that patients continue to get better outside of the treatment room.
When he’s not at the clinic, you can find Nathan snowboarding at Cypress mountain, hiking, camping, and sport activities with his friends.

The human body is amazing. It lets us grow, move, heal, reproduce, and maintain life. We are capable of learning about our body’s anatomy and function in order to provide the necessary care to keep us going. Self care is one important aspect in our health and livelihood. Self care can increase our happiness, energy levels, concentration, and is able to reduce our stress. We are constantly on the go, and don’t stop and take the time to let our bodies relax.
Massage therapists can provide a detailed assessment, treatment, homecare, and extensive knowledge to help benefit our patients. Whether it’s for rehabilitation or relaxation, massage therapy can provide guidance to restore and strengthen each and every one of our patients. Providing treatment and care for her patients in order to decrease their pain while restoring function, is what inspired Jessica to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
Jessica is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy Program from Vancouver Career College in Burnaby. She has experience working with all different types of patients but is not limited to those with diabetes, hypertension, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, dislocation, and thoracic outlet syndrome. Jessica uses swedish massage, trigger point release, and myofascial release techniques to help reduce tension in the surrounding muscles and to gain mobility in the affected joints.
In Jessica’s free time she loves being outdoors and staying active. She enjoys hiking, yoga and pilates, paddle boarding, and travelling. She has a big love for food, and often goes to various coffee shops and cafes. She also bakes during her free time and has a big sweet tooth.
